To request mediation or DEI services, you can submit a request to schedule an initial
consultation through the “Schedule Consultation Button” found throughout thi site.

Mediation is a process that helps two or more parties reach a mutually agreeable resolution to a conflict.

All mediation fees are set by agreement.

Our mediation services range from $190 to $240 per hour, divided among the parties.

If travel is required, the travel rate for ground transportation is based on the current IRS mileage rate. If other modes of travel are required, the fee is equal to the actual total cost (i.e., air, car rental and/or other modes of ground transportation, parking, and mileage to and from the airport. For lodging, the fee is equal to the actual total cost.

In the event of a cancellation less than 10 days before a scheduled consultation, a two-hour cancellation fee is charged.

Expenses such as conference room rental and courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) charges and any supplies such as assessment instruments, pens, pencils, paper, name tags, etc. are billed at actual cost. Schedule a consultation to discuss a plan that meets your budgetary needs.

DEI consultation services are typically billed on a contractual basis. The cost of these services will vary depending on the specific needs of your organization.
